Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. We were very, very pleased with the delivery process. The delivery men were polite and respectful! Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
