Exactly as described, but does NOT come with the accessory bag. The manual is useless, although you dont really need it. I took a star off for shipping. It was supposed to be here on Sunday, then changed to Tuesday, then changed times on Tuesday three times, then finally changed to Wednesday. (And apparently the shipping label was unreadable and needed replaced at some point.) And then FedEx not only delivered to the wrong address, but just left the box on the street basically. Oh, and the box was damaged, one corner was open. Anyway, the item itself isn't fancy, its basic, but it will work for its intended purpose. I watched some reviews before I purchased, and its exactly as described. It isn't huge, so if you need something bigger go with a different brand. All in all, youre getting the advertised item. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily.
