This light is easy to install and gives off great light. The light base is larger than a standard ceiling outlet box to cover any imperfections in the sheetrock. You can put it over the fireplace to illuminate an artwork or shine light on a statue in the corner of the room. You can also use it to light up a small pantry, a kitchen island, or a laundry room. Some people even use it as a carriage light on the porch or put it on a covered patio. It looks so great at night with a nice, crisp light that is so clean and bright.

We love the brightness and color temperature settings, as we use them for reading. The big selling point for us was the 26.5" long gooseneck arm. It is long enough to reach over the reading material and can be twisted into any position. Even when fully extended, the arm does not tip the light over due to the weighted base.
