We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. This is my third temperpic mattress, The hybrid mattress in the Breeze that has 10degree cooling is very comfortable and supportive , I went from a queen firm breeze to a split king hybrid . Since I am a side sleeper it is much more comfortable and I am able to sleep well. I like that it is good quality, and the manufacturer stands behind their products. I love everything about it , nothing that I Do not like except the price but you get what you pay for, I paired it up with the pro base which increase the comfort with a lumbar support , mZ vibration and Bluetooth speaker you can pay white noise through and fall a sleep faster. Would highly recommend Tempe pedic as you spend over 1/3 of your life sleeping so you should enjoy your sleep and wake up refreshed so you can enjoy the other 2/3 of you a wake life.. Crv 139.
