Have had for about a month and love it so much! The turbo was is quick and cleans really well. Sheets do take longer to dry if using the bulky setting but doesn't if you use the regular setting. I had limited space for this appliance so I chose the vent-less apartment size version of the tower. The washing machine half works great. It's small capacity, but it fits my king size sheet set or a week's worth of my clothes so I am happy. The dryer is very slow to dry, likely due to the vent-less status.
