This deer family decoration has had some challenges to sort out, but it seems like it will be a nice addition to my outdoor decorations! The first concern was that the plug is labeled “for indoor use only”, so I reached out to customer service. They were very responsive and they told me in order to safely use them, the plug needs to be a covered GFCI outlet or a GFCI extension cord designed for outdoors. They shed glitter, so they cannot be used indoors. Connecting the wires was also a bit complicated because they are not labeled well and had to be adjusted in order for all of the lights to turn on.
