While time consuming, the bed itself isn't hard to put together. If you have help you'll definitely finish faster. Took me an hour and I'm a woman. Only one flaw; the plugs are positioned in a way that two phone chargers can't be plugged together. One phone charger and my MacBook's plug can't coexist either, could've easily been solved by separating the outlets a tiny bit. Such a small detail that could've made this bed perfect otherwise. First photo, phone charger barely connects (it's lifted). Second photo, phone charged and MacBook charger can't be plugged together, as you can see the MacBook charger is making a false contact (no power). The delivery arrived on time, so there were no issues that way. However, I have attached pictures of the box that the mattress came in, as well as the box that the frame came in. As you will notice on the pictures, both boxes were damaged and totally wrapped with tape. I don’t know if it was FedEx, the delivery service, that caused all the damage to the boxes or if it was your warehouse. We were very fortunate, like I said, the mattress and the boxspring were not damaged except for one small corner of the frame that was scratched where the box was ripped open in that corner. We put the scratched part towards the back of the bed frame in our room so it does not show. A lot of reviewers said some holes didn’t line up but I can see why they would say that, you have to make sure to compress some pieces together and move some around slightly and take your time.
