Our new saucepan turned out to be the perfect size for us, in between our smallest and the medium one. It’s very pretty. It cleans up easily and I did not even “season” it like the instructions suggested. So far I’ve only simmered vegetables in it and it worked fine. I had just donated my porcelain coated cast iron because of its weight and arthritis in my hands and wrists, so needed a replacement. A respected source I checked rated the Tramontina Signature next to the All Clad, which was a little over 3 time more. Seemed like the perfect choice for me as a home cook.
