The measurements were given, but it was bigger than I expected which is good. Heavy plus bottom is flat so it stays in place. There are shiny/glitter like chips on it, but they are subtle so it doesn't look tacky. Color looks great outside by my water garden. I was afraid it might be too plain looking, but I was wrong.
