Setup was as easy as finding a spot on the countertop, filling the water tank, and plugging it in. The instructions are clear, and there are a ton of options for how much water to dispense at a time and water temp (including a formula temp for mixing baby formula). I’ve replaced my zojirushi water boiler with this since the hot water function is integrated and so fast. The only thing I wish I could change is to make the dispenser height a little higher so that my sodastream bottles fit underneath. Right now it’s just a quarter inch short so I need to pour the water directly from the pitcher into the sodastream bottle (first world problems, I know).
