Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. FINAL UPDATE they ended up sending a replacement but I didn’t think it would ever be resolved because it took over a month and a half for the replacement to arrive. I’m pleased that the replacement arrived unbroken, but it seems to be more a matter of chance as the box was very damaged as well as the packing medium, thankfully the product is ok. For something as delicate as this, they should be shipping in better and safer containers in my opinion. That whole experience is why I removed star. The actual product, when received unbroken, is elegant and nice and functional. Initial review Arrived broken, it was shipped in one piece with just a little piece of bubble wrap around it so I already suspected it would be cracked and broken before taking it out of the box. I recently installed a marble-top bathroom vanity in my powder room, and it has truly elevated the entire space. The first thing I noticed was the stunning color. It was rich, elegant, and perfectly matched to my home’s décor. It brings a fresh, sophisticated look that instantly makes the powder room feel more luxurious. Shipping was excellent. The vanity arrived on time, well-packaged, and protected with plenty of padding. It is extremely heavy, which speaks to the quality of the materials, especially the marble top. Because of the weight, having an extra set of hands during setup is definitely helpful. While the overall design and build are impressive, I did run into one issue one of the legs seemed slightly off-balance, causing a bit of wobbling. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did require some adjusting. I also wish the instructions for attaching the legs were clearer, with better guidance on aligning the screws. A little extra effort made everything secure, but better instructions would have made a big difference. The vanity does not come with a faucet, so I had to purchase one separately, but once installed, the full look came together beautifully. This faucet is very well crafted. They gave you the best materials in order to put it together each cord that you have for your hot and your cold water are quality pipes and also just the material of the faucet itself was really good.
