Don’t be cocky (sorry had to)! Do not assume you know how to use this product. It comes with video instructions online that help navigate potential pitfalls such as the propensity to crack when drying. This is silicone which over the long term is worth the effort (adjusts to natural settling, durable, maintains color appeal). They have an amazing array of colors to choose from. And it is easy to apply if you follow the instructions. The only thing that keeps it from sealing a 5 star rating is the time it takes to fully cure and the fact that you could easily overlook the instructions forewarning you of the pitfalls. So impressed. Delivered to our door. Parts are extremely well packaged. Instructions are clear and concise. All parts are wrapped and each part is labeled and instructions even tell you which part is in each box. To top it off there is even a video to walk you through the process. Highly recommended this product! Well after working on it for a number of days I am still impressed however. The assembly requires some skill. Especially lining up the metal roofing. Very easy to go off track and have it skew. I finally got so frustrated I called a good friend that was also a retired metal worker. I was very glad to have his help.
