This thing is so cool. I wanted to get a flat top brill but did not want to take up any more space. This griddle wad the answer! We are so happy with it, it works great and takes up no more room! I am very impressed by this beautiful pan. The size is perfect but finding a lid to fit has become challenging. I haven't used it yet but read the instructions and even googled more instructions on how to cook with it. I'm sure it will be good. My first piece and will add to it a little at a time.
