Beautiful shower but read reviews and watch videos! The shower works perfectly if installed correctly but there are a few steps vital to the installation that are not mentioned. 1. The fittings that go into the plumbing are European and not NPT. They are knuckled and very loose once screwed in. If you try to use plumbers tape the knuckled ridges will tear it off.. You therefore must use pipe sealant (all the reviews describing this step have been taken off, i assume the sites didn't want to promote brands of pipe sealant so I won't include any in the review) or it will leak. Once the sealant is applied you have a few minutes to adjust it properly but it will not move anymore once dry so be careful! 2. The temperature can be adjusted by removing the cap over the thermostat and unscrewing the module. There is a plastic ring with small increments that let you increase the temperature and reposition the module, otherwise you will have a cold shower even if you turn it past the safety zone.. If you want a hard pounding showerhead, this is not for you. Although you can get that too with the hand held sprayer that can slide up and down the post or come off for hand use. This extension came in Chrome to match our other Pulsify parts, and it adds four inches to the ceiling mount that is already sticking out around two inches. This is a sleek look for your shower, and it works like a dream spa. Though it advises that a pro put this in for you, my husband (definitely not a pro) had a little problem following the guide and installing this mount. The directions are easy and quick to follow, and there is everything you need in the kit except the following items, which you probably have lying around your garage: plumber’s tape, silicone sealant and chalking gun, a drill, a screwdriver, and an Allen wrench..
