This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. We are doing our bathroom remodel in Hansgrohe products and this is perfect for our new shower. At first I wasn't sure about the short length, but it actually turned out well. I am using one near the bench seat horizontally and one vertically near the shower head. The are quite heavy and very well made.
