I bought this mattress to go on an adjustable frame. This mattress works great in it. The only disappointment was the edge of the mattress doesn’t seem to be reinforced as described. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
