Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. It corresponds to the color of the hansgrohe special surfaces for fittings (FinishPlus). So everything fits perfectly together. Easy to install. The shower door handle is placed on the door from the inside and outside and fastened with two screws. The hole spacing is approx. 13.8 in; the Diameter of the drill hole is approx 0.5 in.
