Nice look, have only used it a week but have not had any stains, etc. Easy to clean and matching drains look nice. Update - have had it for 4 years now so downgraded to 4 stars from 5. Like the sink,works well,looks good. Only compaint is that over time the center divider can get very small chips/wear. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application.
