Honestly, I was a bit intimidated by the size of the boxes when they arrived, thinking the assembly would be a nightmare. Surprisingly, it was a breeze! The instructions were crystal clear, and everything lined up perfectly. I did have one quick question about the setup, and their customer service team (contact info was right on the manual) was incredibly professional and friendly. Its rare to get a real human who actually knows the product! The build quality is top-notch—it feels heavy-duty and has that high-end outdoor kitchen look. One of the biggest selling points for me was the versatility. It’s set up for LPG, but I wanted to hook it up to my home’s gas line. I just bought the Natural Gas conversion kit from the same store, and it made the switch super easy. The cooking surface is massive (871 sq. in. is no joke), and the heat distribution is very even. The fold-out prep table is super sturdy and has already become my favorite spot for prepping steaks. If youre looking for a professional-grade setup that wont break the bank, this is it.
