Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The Y-Latch is a swing latch that provides adjustability to your gate. Designed to work with aluminum gates and is composed of steel, so it will withstand the most extreme weather conditions. This latch is is lockable in two places for extra security and works with 2" posts and 2" uprights.

This Y-latch is just what I was looking for, it is a little bigger then i needed, but it won't work with my gate. the space between the gate and the post is too small. I think you need at least 2in. The product is beautiful, but the description reads .75" x .75." My assumption thus that the baluster is square, though it is round. Not my preference.
