Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I’m very pleased with these flat black shower doors. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged, which made the whole process smooth from the start. The clean, modern design looks great in the bathroom and really elevates the space. The only downside is with the bypass doors—they really need to stay in the correct position. The shower doors are look nice, except mine came a bit scratched up. Due to installation delays, I was unable to report this too wayfair because it was over 30 days. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this drain for a new bathroom remodel to add to a custom sized shower. I am very happy with the quality and look of it. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. The openings are large enough to let a good amount of water through but small enough so other things, like caps and razor heads, don't fall in. Overall very nice.. Mwtrbg. New Jersey.
