I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. It comes with a grate cleaner tool that conveniently hangs on the door. And i love that it has wheels so you can easily move it. I made chicken and steak and corn on the cob on the top shelf and everything cooked evenly, and the burners were not affected by the constant wind conditions here by the beach.
