Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. These shower doors are very nice and they are oil rubbed bronze color. I was concerned when they arrived as the box had a tear in it and had some crushed places. But, they did not appear damaged. Update We ordered this in September 2025, but the were not to be installed until spring along with our bathroom remodel. When they were being installed the glass was laid on a table with ample padding. When the glass moving suction cups er placed as soon as suction occurred the glass blew up and shattered all over our garage. Fortunately no one was hurt. I called Wayfair immediately and my problem was resolved immediately. The Wayfair customer service representative was very helpful and stated he was glad no one was hurt. We did have to cut the top support bar with a scroll saw, but everything went fine. The color was exactly as seen, and is much like a dark espresso color. The delivery drivers were extremely courteous, wonderful, and careful with the product, too! The door opening was smaller than what we had before, but wide enough where you do not feel it is too small when entering or exiting the shower. The door closes smoothly and we could not be happier with the product. We found we needed extra caulking at the base on the inside of the shower after installation, but the fix did the trick. A tub shield is a great way to feel less confined in your showering space, as it provides an open area at all times while keeping the water in. The frameless pivoting glass panel is made with 6 mm tempered glass with Lotus glass protection and Chrome accents. It pivots both inwards and outwards, making it easy to get in and out. Additionally, it creates easy access when cleaning the shower and is also a great solution for slanted ceilings.

We've had this door in our tub for 8 years now and it still looks as good as the day it was installed. Nice shower door I suppose. I’ve never installed a frameless one before. I did so as you can see from the picture. So far so good. 3/8” glass door feels substantial and it is indeed heavy. Having said that, I would strongly suggest the hinge side be mounted into wall stud. Dreamline provides the anchors and screws. But again, the U channel holds the hinge panel, and the top bracket actually handles the load. Fortunately for me on the rebuilding of the shower I triple studded that wall in preparation for a shower door. 4 stars because the directions are atrocious. They send you manuals for every door in several languages. It’s up to the home owner or installer to pick through the sections that apply. I think that’s cheap and ridiculous. Dreamline should also consider making model specific instructional videos for the buyers (put them online!) That would be extremely helpful. Lastly, the Allen wrenches supplied are quite feeble and cheap. I also recommend having your own hex tools available especially if you need to adjust the over-pivot screws in the hinge. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
