Actual palms are notoriously difficult to keep alive. I went through 2 of them before finally deciding to go artificial—one of the best decisions regarding houseplants, especially here in Seattle where there’s limited sunlight a lot of the year. Nice palm for the price compared to at local stores. This model is the second tallest. Roof is about 95" tall. I added a base and filled with paper and rocks to keep it stable.
