I purchased this to replace a pre-existing delta shower handle and my only complaint is that the handle in the off setting falls in between the hot and cold water symbols, as opposed to pointing towards 6 o’clock when the water is off. My plumbers told me that that is a Delta limitation as opposed to this faucet limitation So when you turn the water on, it goes all the way to approximately 11 o’clock in past the hot water symbol, which is approximately at 3 o’clock. Whoever uses the bathtub for bathing and showering would also want to be as flexible as possible when positioning the shower head. In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents. To help ensure that the shower hose is a perfect length it is included along with many bars.
