Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. The knob feels substantial and makes it easier to grip the lid. I have attached photos comparing the before-after. I bought the 11". I have used BergHOFF exclusively for 12 years. The only difference is I previously bought the BergHOFF Eurocast, from a another retailer. I even contacted BergHOFF by email, asked them if the ferno-green (ceramic), was the same. BergHOFF Eurocast has a shiny finish on top of the inner pan coating. Berghoff assured me it was in fact the same. Time will tell, 4 of my frying pans are the only ones that wore out after 10 years. Been putting off buying new ones until I found them on Wayfair. After 12 years of use, my 12 1/2 inch WOK and 1 other 12 1/2 inch frying pan plus 2 others, still look brand new. One point I will make is I have Parrots, last 30 years, this is one of the only type pan if accidentally overheated will not kill them. Teflon type pans when new or overheated , the fumes will kill any Parrot/bird you have living in your home. Pretreat the pans with vegetable oil as instructed, and periodically do it over the months and many years you have them, they are well worth the money spent.. Anonymous. South Bend, IN.
