These are great pans for the price, comparable to other more expensive ceramic pans I’ve had in the past. They work well with our induction top and food did not stick. While making a pie for guests, one sister mistakenly placed the prepared apples in the dish first. She decided to lay the pastry crust on top, and turn it out after it finished baking. The result was unusual but delicious, and it became the signature dish of hotel Tatin.
