Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. So happy with my new greenhouse! The assembly was a little intimidating at first but my husband and I worked together and were able to get it assembled. It wasn’t too bad just took a little while due to all the rain we have been getting. Every piece was labeled including the screws which made everything so much easier. They have a booklet or an app you can use for the assembly, we decided to use the book. Water and electric was super easy to set up we ran an extension cord and water hose for now but will work on long term lines for both. It has so much space and storage room! Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. So the bolts didn't work with the hole that was already made in the door but I figured out a way to use a backer to hold it on. It won't be visible from the back so it works.. Susan. IN. Everything arrived in good condition with all the parts. The directions were not easy to understand and the small pictures did not show any details. We ended up taking sections apart several times to flip the part a different direction. Parts were well labeled with numbers that corresponded to the directions but some bags had two parts which added to the time searching. We spent about 6 hours the first day and got the frame assembled but stopped when we tried to attach the window vent. After thinking about it overnight, we figured out the vent and then progressed to the plexiglass installation which was pretty easy. We screwed the greenhouse down to a deck we built for it and we hope it will hold up to any wind. For the price, I think it will work perfectly for my sister’s small garden needs.
