We are quite happy with this, makes great popcorn and reading the steps in the manual was helpful but I've found it best to make 7.5 ounces of popcorn kernels not the full 8 ounces or you run the risk of all getting wedged inside and being unable to get out of the flap lids, which can lead to burning.
