I am very impressed by this beautiful pan. The size is perfect but finding a lid to fit has become challenging. I haven't used it yet but read the instructions and even googled more instructions on how to cook with it. I'm sure it will be good. My first piece and will add to it a little at a time. This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar.
