This a beautiful faucet, sleek and tidy. It was fairly easy to install. The water flow is strong and the handle movement is smooth and solid. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar.
