We needed a divider in our laundry room as the dogs go in and out of their dog door and into their space. It comes with floor secures too but we have tile and I’m not sure about drilling those in at this point. Thankfully my dogs get the list and keep to their side! You will need proper wall anchor screws for drywall as one of the hooks is starting to slip out of the wall from use. The product itself is sturdy and a great buy. This was one of the only retractable gates that came in such a length!. Robyn. Sugar Hill, GA. Mon Sep 28 2026

Freestanding Metal Dog Gate Panel Count: 2 panels, 4 panels, 6 panels Suitable for: Ideal for use in any area where you need to restrict your pet's movement, including stairs, kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, and other indoor spaces.

Very good quality and very good price!. Clara. Rock Hill, SC. Wed Sep 16 2026

This is great. I was looking for a permanent solution to keep the dog from the front door and a way to separate the dogs from my niece when she visits. This is perfect fix. It opens and closes easily with adult human hands, meaning the dogs or my niece can’t open it. It also has a lock, which will be great when my niece is a little older. It is permanently attached to the wall so I don’t have to fumble with a gate, and it isn’t in the way. I am quite happy with this mesh gate.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

This freestanding pet gate helps section out a particular room so that your furry friend doesn't get into too much mischief when you're not at home. The frame and posts are made from wood, while black metal rails bring an understated look that blends in with their surroundings. It comes in four separate panels connected by hinges, so it can be extended or folded to fit almost anywhere in your hallway, bedroom, or living area. One of the panels acts as a door with a lock bar installed to keep it even more secure. And the best part? No assembly is required. Note: This gate is made for dogs.

Keep your pets confined to safe areas with this gate when you are sleeping or away from the house. High quality hardwood construction with cherry color finish matches your home decor perfectly. Ideal for small dogs like corgis, pomeranians, beagles, bulldogs, and cocker spaniels.

looks great and more importantly works with this new puppy. It is fairly low so it works great for me to step over it (great exercise). If your dog is large and pushy it may not work as well.. Suzanne. Brentwood, CA. Sat Aug 22 2026

As a pet parent, keeping my dog safe from driveways, yard gaps, and busy streets has always been a worry. Standard gates never fit my outdoor spaces, rusted quickly, or required permanent drilling. This Retractable Outdoor Dog Gate solved all those problems. Its expandable design stretches up to 209 inches to cover wide or irregular areas like porches, driveways, and corner gardens. The 0–180° pivoting structure adapts to angled or straight spaces, while dual handles and a low ground clearance prevent my clever dog from escaping. Crafted from weather-resistant, rust-proof aluminum, it withstands rain, snow, and energetic bumps. Pressure-mounted rods provide stable support without damaging walls, and optional wall mounts add extra security. When not in use, it folds compactly for easy storage, giving me peace of mind and convenience.

I have a Dogue de Bordeaux who goes in and out of my pool. She does respect boundaries or she could plow right through it....but this goes across my full deck and has stopped her going in pool at will. I'm very happy with this.. Amelia. Allen Park, MI. Sat Aug 22 2026

Exactly what I was looking for to block off a space for my dog on my deck. It is not necessarily for outside use, but I am ok with that because it does what I need it to do.. Amy K. Washington, PA. Tue May 19 2026

Is your furry four-legged friend causing chaos around the house while you’re out? Keep them confined to one room with this must-have pet gate! Crafted from manufactured wood, it features four panels with hinges so it can easily fold up for a simple storage solution when not in use. Plus, it has two support legs so it can stand freely without damaging your walls. And with neutral coloring, it won’t clash with your current color palette.

Attractive and Durable, but Needs Securing I've used this gate since December 2023, and it has held up well. It's attractive, heavy, and true to size, and I really appreciate the height. The included support feet are a nice option, although I don't use them. My main complaint is that my dogs can push the gate to the side unless I secure it with carabiners. With that workaround, it serves its purpose. Overall, I'm happy with its appearance and durability, and I prefer it to a typical utilitarian-looking pet gate.. Sims Family Reviews. Kansas. So, we had a bit of trouble in the beginning but Wayfair made it right. The first gate was dented pretty badly, we returned it received the second one which was missing the screws needed to put the footers on. Once the screws were received we were able to put it together correctly, I am so glad we got it. Its very heavy duty. The door is easy to openclose for access and its stylish. I would definitely recommend.. Anonymous. Huntley, IL. Mon Aug 17 2026
