Our White-Primed Bookshelf Barn Door merges storage and style in an elegant design.
This practical door features built-in shelving for books or decorative items, enhanced by a clean white-primed finish that turns entryways into functional statement pieces. Perfect for small spaces, it glides smoothly on a barn door track while offering smart storage solutions.
This is my first Wayfair review, although not my first purchase.
I absolutely love everything about this door! It is heavy and sturdy, and it slides well for open and close. I will be drilling a few small holes on the shelf side, for hooks to store car keys and other items to have handy by the front door. It’s exactly what I pictured for my space.
However, I gave this a 4-star due to the unclear instructions. It took my husband and me over an hour to put the door together, and then an afternoon to install it. This is definitely a two-person job! I really wish companies would understand that most of us aren’t assemblers by nature, and that step-by step photos and super-specific instructions go a long way towards a customer’s satisfaction. After all, I’m hoping to only have to assemble one barn door in my lifetime, and I assume this is true for most of us! . Kristen. Rapid River, MI. Mon May 18 2026
