The fan works great on the lower settings, but when it’s on the highest setting, it will pause every so often as if recharging. It still has that creepy cold LED glow that reminds me of the movie The Shining. I also didn’t like that. There is no pattern on the ceiling from the Crystal looking lampshade. That said, it was a great price, and I am going to move it to a room where I need a ceiling fan but not a light. Absolutely beautiful! It took time to attach the crystal flowers, but well worth it! I had trouble with the mounting bracket because it was wider than my junction box, but I was able to remedy that by using a crossbar attachment on it. The fan puts out a lot of air, but it blows only directly under it. If mounted over a bed(like I did) its perfect. Just dont expect to sit in a different area and feel any air move. The only con is the beep noise EVERY time you turn on the fandelier, but Im overlooking that because its such a pretty fixture and I love the remote control that comes with it! This light fixture by Willa Arlo is indeed stunning. Upon opening the box, it was amazing at first site. Amazingly large, too! This fixture is exceptionally well built, it’s extremely heavy, well packaged, and beautiful. My husband of 78 years installed it by himself! It took him about 2.5 hours. When it came time to actually lift it, I did help him on a second ladder for no longer than two minutes. It would have taken half that time, but it has to sink into the hub. We both love the fact that the blades are metal, not plastic! Every part of the fixture is quality built. The crystals are preinstalled, no having to mess with adding time consuming hanging. The entire fixture is wrapped, safe guarding the crystals and fixture from any potential damage. As I mentioned this fixture is large. Larger than I had anticipated. I’m not sure if my space is large enough to handle the size. We may have to move it to a larger room. It is a gorgeous, well built, statement piece. One of the most beautiful fixtues that Wayfair has to offer. Yes, it is more expensive than most fixtures. However, I have seen similar fixtures, comparable to this one for over 2,000.
