It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. I was so excited about these, but they are not the reality I was hoping for. Many reasons made them disappointing. 1) They are hard to cut. 2) The bubbles are so deep that I have big gapping holes where the outlet and vent are. 3) It says you can get deep pieces for the outlet covers, but the spaces vary from 0 to 6”, so a box doesn’t help. 4) It says ready to paint or stain, but with what kind of paint we can not figure out. We even brought them to a paint store and they basically laughed at me when I said they were paintable. They sugggested a $30 quart bond to be painted on first, then a paint over that. I recently purchased the round mirror with a lighted border, and I must say, it's a stunning addition to my space! The mirror itself is beautiful, with a sleek and modern design that fits perfectly with my decor. However, I did encounter some difficulties during the installation process. Trying to line up a round mirror is hard and make sure the light button was centered proved to be a challenge. With some trial and error to get everything lined up correctly, I was very pleased with the end result and it was well worth the effort. It is a bummer that you can see the cord hanging below too, but is really nice. Once installed, the mirror adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the room. The lighted border is a lovely feature that adds depth and visual interest. I've received many compliments from friends and clients, and I'm thrilled with my purchase.
