We needed a smaller ottoman but hated to think it would also mean sacrificing storage. This ottoman did not disappoint! Not only did we get a smaller size that fits better with our current room and furniture, we were also pleasantly surprised that the blankets actually fit better in this one than our old one! I think the interior depth is what made it possible to not loose any storage room. I also love the strong support arm on the lid that keeps it from slamming down but you don't have to worry about pinched fingers! And it is made in the USA!!!
