The toilet arrived well packaged and included all the necessary parts and clear installation instructions. One thing to note is that it is very heavy, so I highly recommend having a second person available to help remove it from the box and move it into place. We have not installed it yet, so I will update this review after installation and use. That said, my first impression is very positive. The design is beautiful, the height feels comfortable, and the fully skirted design is a feature I especially appreciate. Unlike traditional toilets with exposed contours and crevices, the smooth skirted sides help prevent dust, hair, and dirt from accumulating, making cleaning much easier. The toilet was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The installation was more difficult than anticipated due to the age of the house and previous toilet in the space.
