One caveat...on the towel bars, the bar itself rolls around and placing the end pieces as close as possible on the wall, ie to 'squeeze' the bar, does not keep it from spinning around. We are planning to put some silicone or putty type material inside where bar end enters into the wall mount to keep it from spinning. I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base.
