Your average cheap mattress, definitely much less supportive and not as firm as your typical firm mattress, but as to be expected for the price. Doesn’t fluff up evenly or as nicely as you’d think if you’ve ever bought a quality bagged mattress you know what I mean. Fabric is super loose and not fitted to the mattress and the mattress does get that dipping effect when two people lay on it at the same time. Not the best, but not the worst either. This mattress is more medium firm. I prefer firm but overall it’s very comfortable! There was an issue with the covering being a little loose on one side, but I did get that rectified with the manufacturer who was quick to respond and very helpful so I’m very appreciative and overall satisfied!.
