The difference between a wound paper (or cork) and a bristle board, is that when the dart is retrieved from the board, the bristle will close the hole made by the dart. The other boards just leave the hole. This leads to faster wear and tear.

Let me start off by saying I am no MVG. But this board makes me feel like I’m playing in the pros. Started off and the packaging is sleek and sexy. Installing the board was a breeze with the included instructions and the Leveltech Stabilizers. Even on my very uneven wall the board stays solid, and that’s without even a stud to go into on the back. The colors pop which makes it even easier when I’m going for a 180. After just playing with the Rota-X system it’s going to be very easy to rotate when my triple 20 gets too worn out. Overall it’s a great board for a cheap price compared to what you are getting..
