I ordered this for a dear friend, thinking Wayfair had run out of the free Tried & True inventory of the same item. When I saw this product, it screamed her name to me. Once I put it in the shopping cart, I realized I could still order it for the T&T program, but not with another item. Back in October 2023, my friend went through a horrific house fire, fleeing the property for her life with pretty much just her dogs & losing everything else. This was an arson & other adult members of her family also experienced horrors during the same crime spree. Forward to now (June 2, 2024), my friend just closed on a home in a different city a few weeks ago but it's been only six days since she moved in--(she had new flooring installed & had the entire interior repainted) & is in the process of rebuilding her life. Just yesterday I traveled the two hours to visit, see her new house & present this beautiful art to her. The words describe her to a 'T'! With great emotion, she asked, "Where did you find this!?" (Now isn't that the goal.) Now on to the actual review: the artwork is simple with the arrow filling in the piece horizontally & some vine delicately & whimsically wrapped around the arrow. The words, however faded, are strong & describe only the most unbreakable spirit, which truly embodies my friend. She chose to hang it above her bed. I love the way the vines in the piece mimic the vines in her bedspread, a very happy accident no one could have predicted, in contrast to the tragedy she & three other households endured. The words may be a bit too faded out for me, but this may very well have been the artist's intention. The art itself, as well as the sentiment, is gorgeous, comforting, & inspiring, just like the heart & strength of my friend.. Cindy. High Point, NC. Sun Jun 02 2024
