I was surprised at how quiet this dishwasher is. The top rack for cutlery is a big improvement over my last dishwasher, and I like the being able to change the height of the the top rack (even changing the heights indepdentently to give more room to taller items on one side). It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). The Bosch dishwasher is quiet. However, I am older and find that it has difficult instructions. It took reading the manual carefully to start. The manual did not come with the dishwasher so I had to download it from my computer. I like to manually start the dishwasher and do not want to put it on an app on my phone which the manual keeps suggesting I do. It has quite a bit of moisture inside the machine after the wash and rinse cycle are complete which is annoying. I manually wipe some of the inside of the machine. The brushed copper hardware are beyond beautiful.They are GE, sent tools to do it and it was super easy.The only issue, was that it took several weeks for it to be delivered. It was considered an appliance and had to be signed for.
