The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. The set up is time consuming and does take a small amount of time to figure out. Decide how you want to configure it before attaching the connecting brackets that should be the final step. It’s large and comfortable and with time, I think it will break in nicely. The color is true to the pictures and I’m happy with the tone. The couch itself looks pretty good and the storage is good but the cushion is on the harder side. One thing I didn’t like is when you sit on the seat the cushion’s length is a bit short (it’s shorter than it looks on the picture). But without the pillow it has that perfect seating size.
