I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. Package included another box with the universal rough in. My husband is a plumber, and was a little apprehensive to install a shower head of this size because the weight can become an issue further down the road. He said this one felt more lightweight than others he has installed. Matches really nicely with our shower tile. I’m very happy with the finish, and the water flow is nice without being too slow or overpowering. HUGE shower head, almost comical. Makes for a really relaxing shower. The pipe that leads to the shower head is slightly narrow, and I really hope it doesn’t bend overtime. One other thing I wanted to note is that the box reads “guaranteed for life”. LOVE THAT.
