This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. The date of delivery was sent in a text and the notification of receipt was sent to confirm after the product was left on the doorstep. Bought this faucet in chrome finish. It really dresses up the sink area. The chrome finish does not seem to water spot. This prep faucet is the perfect size, not too tall and very sleek looking. The docking system seems very secure. The pull down hose lets me easily rinse my 33" single sink. I can even fill a 5 gallon bucket under this faucet. I also love the toggle to change the spray.
