The chair itself is nice and the cushion is nice but the heated controls are a little delicate and they are put to the back of the armrest where you can’t see them. I have had these chairs before. This is the top of the line. The chair is usually nylon. This one has a plush soft cushion from head to toe. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. I am rating this 5-stars based on my limited use of it so far. (If I find issues with it, I will come back and adjust the review. ++ The chair is very sturdy -- the square legs give the chair much better support that then typical round cylinder legs of other chairs. ++ This chair lays back farther than other zero gravity chairs I've had. Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer.
