I love this set! Even dropping it a few times while putting it together, it had not damage and didn't damage anything it fell against. I even dropped some of the legs on the dining room table at several times, and they didn't scratch it. It is classy and comfortable. The colors are great (went with black frame and off-white cushions). It seems like it will hold up well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the directions to put it together. Wrong! We finally just ignored them and looked at the sketch on the booklet and went from there. I actually like that the two-seat loveseat can either be attached together or placed with a little space between them. Sometimes you have people who like to sit that close and othertimes you have a group where it would only be used as a one-person seat, otherwise, because no one wants to sit that close to another person. Very nice, quality outdoor couch! Very easily to put together with one person. The cushions are thick and stiff. Not too stiff to feel overly uncomfortable-you can tell that overtime this couch will be a dream to sit/sleep on. The back cushions are angular, which is very nice. I love to take one of the end back cushions and use it as a pillow when I lie on the couch! Pictures included. I enjoy the contrast of the cushions and the wood. All of the bottom cushions have multiple Velcro attachments to keep the cushions from sliding around. I also uploaded a close-up of the fabric to show the beautiful design. I never write reviews... but am so impressed with my purchase that I had to rave about it! First of all, arrived quickly (compared to other options I considered that would not arrive for months). Secondly, delivery service was top notch. I received great communication from the delivery service (Wayfair) and they arrived within the first hour of my delivery time window. Thirdly, it was EASY to put together! I was surprised that previous reviews mentioned otherwise. I put together all 4 pieces, by myself (50 yo female with a back injury, who cannot bend at this current moment).... within about an hour. I used a table to position the pieces and a mallet to click everything together. Lastly, I am very pleased with the plastic material and lack of screws/bolts: this baby is not going to rust and will be easy to keep clean year after year in my rainy NW climate. 7/9/26: update - Customer service has been excellent, responsive and happy with resolution. Voiced my complaint with them and they are replacing the frame for the couch. Can't complain about that. I'll update again if there are no issues with this frame. Outside of that issue, the other pieces are great and very comfortable. OG review: Very disappointed. Had high hopes since my mom has had a plywood set for years and it's quality. Struggled with the idea of spending so much but decided it would be worth it for a quality set that would last for years. Well, that thought was ended the first time we sat on the couch. First off, assembly was a breeze. I completed by myself in a few hours, taking my time because it was extremely hot. But the next morning, went out to have coffee, husband sat on couch, leaned forward to pick up his cup and we heard a pop. He joked about my shotty work putting it together but when we looked we saw it was the prefabricated piece that had broke. IDK if it's just glued together there but it was not strong enough for him to lean forward to grab his coffee. Now, he isn't a tiny guy but he's not huge either, weighes about 220 so in my mind this "quality" furniture should be able to support that. Not sure what kind of customer service help we can get since I am not disassembling everything to send back. Just very surprised and disappointed in Polywood.
