Fantastic chair! Solid. Quality. Easy to assemble. Did not have to fight with it to get it to go together. Power reclining mechanism is smooth. very pleased. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse..
