I've been waiting until I remodeled my shower to purchase a freestanding shower bench. My shower isn't huge so I needed something small enough to scale but tall enough for this lady with bad knees to sit comfortably, if needed. I assumed I would get a traditional teak bench, but when I saw this engineered stone, I quickly changed my mind. It's really a piece of art - and heavy duty enough not to inadvertently move when you sit on it. It's heavy, but not bulky and fits perfectly in my shower. This is really a nice little bench. It’s actually a nice looking bench with a storage shelf under the seat. There could be many uses indoors or out for this bench. I ordered the 18”x24” and I am using it for an outdoor bench. My husband had no problems putting it together and he was very impressed with how solid and strong it is.
