This is a sturdy and well built stand. I got it for my Timneh and my Congo Grey parrots. It was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. The tray was damaged but I used pliers to “fix” it. This is a great play stand. It's made of hard plastic unlike some play stands that use wood. Which can be destroyed in a day's time with some parrots. I had a similar play stand to this one decades ago and thought they had been discontinued. I was happy to find it on Wayfair. A great product for the price. No real directions for assembly- just a few pictures. It has to be done in a specific order, so I had to disassemble and reassemble several time to get all the accessories on correctly. It was not difficult, but a bit frustrating. As other reviewers have commented, the picture shows the squirrel baffle much lower than is actually recommended. There is no way to fit all the attachments above the baffle and have them work well. I put the birdbath ring and one hanger below the baffle (plan to put a hummingbird feeder on the lower hook) so it will work for my purposes.
